@Eugene233 as far as I can see, you're already an owner of the FormWizard extension. Can you explain what you're trying to do and what error/problem you are running into?

@Legoktm Thanks very much for the pointer. I just submitted a patch and needed it to be merged but got just one reviewer. Not sure i could add myself manually.
