Dmitry and I have gone over the schemas I proposed and he gave them a thumbs up for instrumentation:

Not sure if @Dbrant has already started on that or if @Sharvaniharan wants to take it on.
A thought:
As the UI of the editor changes (and improves) the frequency (and consumption) of notifications will change, as the notifications are tied to UI use. In order to see the effect of the improvements and changes of the editor UI on the notifications I would add to these schemas a version of the editor that increments every time major changes have been done. That way growth of engagement with notifications that is due to UI improvements can be correlated.
