we have upgraded PageForms extension into MediaWiki 1.30.0 successfully.
But, unable to see the "Edit with Form" tab even if I use {{#default_form:form-name}} for the related pages need to visible this tab.
Please help/suggest a fix for this issue.

I dont use any language other than English.
I am using PageForms "version": "4.3.1"
Please let me know what configuration is still required to see the "Edit with Form" tab on the Form based pages.
For the information I want let you know that, when I upgraded the PageForm 4.3.1 using composer. I could see error on the page like "Error : no form was found on page 'Page-Name'" . Then I debug for the error and saw there is mismatch with the namespace id =106 declared for "constant": "PF_NS_FORM" in PageForms/extensions.json. And it expected 206 as I found in our existing MediaWiki 1.25.3 setup. Hence I changed the value and the error got resolved.
But, now the issue is as I said, I cant see the "Edit with form" tab in any of the form related pages. Please help.
