Description

This may already be possible, in which case just tell me how. But when I saw https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/mediawiki/extensions/SecurePoll/+/453598/ and thought of similar patches in the past, I thought it would be great if we had a way to find a list that would be like this:

Extension	Current MW version dependency	function	deprecated in

Agree that it would be really nice if we had dashboard for all extensions, as we sort of have with deprecated JS, giving you insight in this kind of stuf.
