Was known as the closed task T176010: Timeless and Extension:Media_Viewer conflict when icons are flyovers. Is it a Regression ? Only present in mobile view ?

Form cleanup appears to have resolved this as well.

Am noticing some weird overflow issues in general on mobile, but not actually sure what to file for this, not knowing the normal behaviour here...
