ATTENTION: Only master branch should be archived. REL_* branches should be kept for bugfix and security patches. Thanks!

- Add maintainers of that skin as subscribers to this task (if they have no apparent Phabricator account, notify them on-wiki or via email if possible and note it here).
- Add Phabricator project <#ProjectX> as a tag for this task, or Other-skins if there is no project.
- On-wiki documentation
- Archive documentation on mediawiki.org (provide URL): replace page contents with {{TNT|Archived skin|last revision|reason=archive reasons}}; include a link to this task in the reason parameter. If that documentation was translatable, remove <translate>, visit Special:PageTranslation, and click "remove from translation" (if you don't have the translation administrator right, ask a user who does).
- Archive Wikidata item associated with documentation page (provide URL) (remove nearly all statements, except instance of (P31) = MediaWiki skin (Q21996535), which should add a qualifier end time (P582) = the YYYY-MM-DD date that you decided to archive skin, generally per edit history, change English (and other languages if possible) description to "archived MediaWiki skin" (and its translation)).

- Remove from translatewiki.net (groups/MediaWiki/mediawiki-skins.txt).
- Configuration/tests/integrations/etc.
- Remove from mediawiki/skins (along with in .gitmodules).
- Remove tests in [[ https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/integration/config | integration/config ]] (zuul/layout.yaml). Kept until the release branches are no longer needed

- Empty the repository's master branch.
- Archive the skin's diffusion repository: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/SBSS/.
- Mark the repository read-only in Gerrit: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/mediawiki/skins/BlueSpiceSkin Not done: The repo's older branches (REL1_27) may still be used for minor releases.
- Delete the GitHub mirror: https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-skins-BlueSpiceSkin
