Technically speaking, Aklapper, D3r1ck01, Ebe123, Florian, Mhutti1 and Reedy were admins in this Google-Code-in-2018 round.
(Personal opinion: I was also thinking of converting Urbanecm from mentor to admin at some point but the interface does not allow.)
