Description

Hello, User:Mustafa Al-Elq complained that he faced a problem in visual editor direction in arwiki (when you open the visual editor it arwiki, it'd appear right to left but it appear left to right).

After investigation, I found that this issue exist in all right to left wikis (arwiki, fawiki, hewki ..etc)
