Hello, @Zoranzoki21 I requested for adding the Welcome template in welcome.py, although this task marked as resolved. But there is no auto welcome in sd.wikipedia for new users. can you can please look at this issue?

If you want to welcome new users using Pywikibot, you actually have to run Pywikibot in the command line 24/7. Everybody sometimes wants to restart his computer, therefore there are ways, how to run Pywikibot from cloud (distant computer). See
