Description

When I checked my edit count, it said I became autoconfirmed on 14 March 2005, long before semi-protection was even implemented.

The bugs pointing to the times when edit thresholds were implemented are listed at each wiki in InitialiseSettings.php, which can be found at:

We'll have to hard code the dates after going through all the phab tasks. It will be tedious but I suppose there's no alternative. Thanks for the report
