Edit Counter: Show log revdels as well

Description

In the "Admin actions" for sysops, there is a revision delete line item, but it is missing a log deletion item. In the deletion log, the former is subtype=revision (see here) while the missing log revdel is subtype=event (see here).

Hehe! No worries, if it's got the XTools tag on it I'll see it :) Adding log deletion counts is pretty easy. I think we're already counting all types of logged actions, just not exposing them in the UI. That makes me wonder if we could improve the speed of the query by restricting log types... but I digress. Anyway, will get to this soon!
