Occurring in App prototype A

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the egg tart article with App prototype A

Actual Results:

transparent tool bar with icons is being shown over the article title

Expected Results:

the Egg tart article should have a lead image
Articles without lead images should show the article title and contents below the visible app bar.
