Too tricky, because the maintainer always claim that "Any OSI approved licenses", how do you not confused by that?

@Liuxinyu970226: If you refer to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:Tim_Starling#Source_code_license linked from https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SkinPerPage , then please explicitly say so.

Tim said in some thread on the wiki or here it that he does not care as long as it is OSI approved. So I chose this as it was done for all? other extensions of his. See my comment for the revision you linked.
