I can reproduce this one on 6.2.0 (1549), but only under certain conditions. I initially went to the Foxconn article in English and I was unable to reproduce it, but then I went on the French version of the article and it was present. I tried a dozen or so articles and it is happening sporadically, but frequently. It appears to be a side-scrolling indicator, but scrolling to the far left/edges and then up/down does not reveal any article contents that appear to go far beyond to the margins.

Examples of French articles where it is occurring:
Foxconn
Nintendo
Microsoft
Czech Republic
Spike Lee
Denzel Washington
Wesley Snipes

Examples of French articles where it is NOT occurring:
Amazon (Enterprise)
Hong Kong
Taiwan
New Jack City (film)

I also checked the problem articles in other languages and so far I have only seen it in French.
