WDCM Main Update Reports are too heavy

Description

  • Change the runtime reporting schema for the WDCM main update engine (the WDCM_EngineGeo_goransm.R script);
  • current reporting produces .log files that quickly add tens of MBs, and unnecessarily so: a relic of old times when we needed to have feedback on every little step.

  • Running manually another WDCM full monthly updated because of the changes that were introduced in Aug/Sep 2018;
  • cleaning up unnecessary reporting from the main update script during the manual update.
