Description

When I click my Notification Bell it redirects to [[Special:Notifications]] page instead of showing the drop-down list; this page just loads, and loads, and never displays anything. See this screenshot:

Browser: Google Chrome Mac Version 68.0.3440.106 (64-bit)
Extension: AdBlock

Console shows:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT https://en.wikipedia.org/w/load.php?debug=false&lang=en-gb&modules=startup&only=scripts&skin=vector

When I disable AdBlock extension it works, anyway to fix this from your side or must AdBlock fix this?

If you install software that interferes with loading resources from a website, then the software that interferes should be changed.
