Recently "Topological" was renamed into "Topographic" (T196853). However this still doesn't seem like a viable solution as it currently isn't clear what is the meaningful distinction between "Topographic" and "Terrain" map services. All five map services (including two ACME map layers) under these two sections currently show terrain cartography features like contour lines and hill-shading. Neither are maps under "Topographic" topographic maps in strict sense, i.e. large-scale digital maps that similar to print topographic maps are visible only at large scale due to their detail. So based on currently listed links I'd merge these two sections of map services.

PS For "HERE" under "Terrain" link parameter for coordinates currently doesn't work. It redirects to https://wego.here.com/location/ at any location.
