Commons Emoji Twitter bot is a bot that reply to tweets send to it with an image from WM Commons, representing the same emotion as the emoji in the tweet sent to it. This project was built as my GSoC2018 project and does not have a phabricator project for tracking of its tasks and bug reports.

I think the tools in the URL https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/admin/projects/labs/tools/Commons-twitter-bot implies that it should be a subproject of Tools here in Phab? (Sorry for the implementation details but we try to keep a little bit of order in Phab, even if it often doesn't look like that :P )
