Mobile: Focusing the document in the bottom half of the screen doesn't always scroll the cursor into view

Description

On Android, first ensure the keyboard is down and the page toolbar is show (click the tick in the edit toolbar if required)

Click somewhere in the next near the bottom of the screen. The keyboard comes up and covers your selection.
