The service pipeline script was modified with T199742: TEC3:O1.1:Q1 Goal - Move verify stage from Minikube to CI k8s namespace in production context to include setting of the KUBECONFIG environment variable and invoking helm with --tiller-namespace=ci. These changes should be reflected in the pipeline library as well.
