We want to have as much traffic as possible go through the form chooser without gateway overrides. This will let us rapidly switch credit card processors between Adyen, GC old, and Ingenico new, without the lag time that would happen if the overrides were in banners.

This is all ready to go out, but I'm still trying to verify that the new orphan rectifier is doing its job. Ever time it ran today it didn't have anything to do, but maybe that's just the calm before the storm
OK, I found a few successfully rectified orphans from last week's test. We could extend the time we wait to rectify an orphan, and potentially catch more of them (though we have a deadline of I think two hours with the new HostedCheckouts API).
I pushed out the form settings update to default CC donations to the new Ingenico API (except for those countries where we were sending people to Adyen).
