The only input control there is "real name" which we hide in Wikimedia production, so this is irritating but not for Wikimedia users. Just wait for T203727 to be done?

There's the discussion of “Signature“ being renamed, we could consider moving it there and depending of MW showing real name as label addendum.
The bigger issue in my opinion is, that it's not even clear in the out-of-box experience where it's used for.

There's some discussion about 'real name' at T154177: Change "Real name" to "Display name" that it might be worth a separate task entirely about "how should we deal with this field and/or is it exposed anywhere?". The OOUI problem should probably be fixed regardless.
