Phase 2X: Additional read-view support for LanguageConverter in Parsoid

Description

This is a placeholder for additional work needed after T204969: Production use of LanguageConverter for read views of Phase 2C languages, including (perhaps):

  • Performance work (unless already needed for T204969)
  • Fixing/deprecating LanguageConverter::guessVariant() (needed for srwiki)
  • Improving the syntax of the language converter specifications
  • Improving the inline rule syntax to handle word boundaries
  • PHP port and/or RFC process for same
