Users should be able to pass a logo into the wikibase container to make it simple to configure what it looks like.
This is important because otherwise people don't feel like it is "theirs" . It them makes it hard to convince their institution/project that they have ownership of it.

Perhaps the wikibase docker image readme should say to read the mediawiki docs?
I think it probably should. I think it should also link to the specific key sections of the mediawiki docs that people "generally" want to change.
