compat-net is appearing in error, I think @aborrero might know how to fix that. You should definitely use wan-transport-eqiad for your floating IPs.

Although the compat-net appears in the horizon form, you can't actually allocate a floating IP there. Trying so will result in horizon displaying an error.
I don't know of a way to prevent a network object from appearing in horizon forms.
