Section 4.2 of the rules should be clarified either for GCI as a whole or for an org interpretation. (T206928#4803832)
Task intro length and instance comment lengths are really arbitrary and backwards. Instance comments should be markup-enabled.
Better sub-task claiming (like in choose x from Tx) to avoid students doing the same sub-tasks (like T150618)
