Description

It doesn't respond to touchstart/touchdrag events, so is currently "broken"
It's too small to hit on a touch screen
Mobile doesn't give you a good idea of image size relative to the document
There are other ways to resize images (typing numbers in the dialog)

We should just turn this off. If we think there should be drag to resize on mobile we can revisit it later.
