[betalabs] duplicate 'Copyvio event' log entries via API request

Description

Found when checking T204455: "copyvio" actions should be publically logged on projects.

  1. On betalabs Special:ApiSandbox page create a request for action=pagetriagecopyvio, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:ApiSandbox#action=pagetriagetagcopyvio&format=json&revid=385311&token=b85d9bc3a3f3390d6779a0d58d07dc6a5bad0e25%2B%5C

and click on 'Make request' button several times.

  1. https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:Log?type=pagetriage-copyvio will display duplicate entries:
