Reason

The Suhosin extension is grand total of 10 lines of important code, all to do with $wgResourceLoaderMaxQueryLength. However, most people don't consider the suhosin PHP extension to be valuable after PHP 5.4 - it's really for pre-PHP 5.3...which we're looong past.

In any case, the MediaWiki extension has little to no value, and should be archived. The documentation on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Suhosin already covers everything that the extension does for you.

  • Archive Wikidata item associated with documentation page (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q21678759) (remove nearly all statements, except instance of (P31) = MediaWiki extension (Q6805426), which should add a qualifier end time (P582) = the YYYY-MM-DD date that you decided to archive extension/skin, generally per edit history, change English (and other languages if possible) description to "archived MediaWiki extension" (and its translation)).

  • Empty repository and add an ARCHIVED file.
