Description

Everytime I try to subscribe to https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wikipedia-sq I get a page with error "403 Forbidden".

Hi @Klein, this often means that the IP address being used to subscribe is present on a spam list. Do you encounter the same issue when attempting to subscribe from a different IP (maybe connecting from another device or location)?

I tried restarting the router since I have a dynamic IP but it's still the same thing. :/

Im having the same error for GLAM mailing list.

This actually worked(sorry I didnt read that early), when I have my VPN open i can normally subscribe in all of the mailing lists. @Klein try it with a VPN, choose any country but Albania :)

The rbl check that was causing the 403 error when attempting to subscribe from an IP in a spam blocklist was reverted this morning with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/operations/puppet/+/464819/ so transitioning this to resolved now.
