So far we've only had timeseries editing metrics, which meant we could specify a range further than what we've computed so far (like Oct 2016 - Oct 2018 as of today), and get values from the API no problem. However, with top metrics we need to specify exact days ('/year/month/all-days'), which means we may have to specify an integer in the metric config that represents the number of days to wait until the newest data is available.

Right now the two metrics are down in the UI so I'm setting this to unbreak now.
