The file description page seem is not currently protected.

Adding file description page to be used:

The images File:Wikiquote-logo-ua.png and File:Wiki.png are similar. The second one is protected and has correct name. I think that we should use File:Wiki.png for logo.

The second link was used, as per the normal practice. The logo has been updated on the configuration and is live. Sorry for the delay.
