We are using the Wikibase docker-compose stack. This now includes QuickStatements, which we are using.
So we want to expose the QuickStatements UI alongside the the existing MediaWiki/Wikibase and SPARQL query UI endpoints.

Apologies for this. I assigned this to you only because you handled all our previous admin tasks, including creation of the previous subdomains.
We would like a new subdomain (of wmflabs.org) :
sciencesource-qs.wmflabs.org
This is so that we can create a Web Proxy to port 9191 on our server and run a publicly accessible QuickStatements UI.

Hmm, that would surprise me because I've never ever created a subdomain. I think. :) Maybe you had https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/p/andrew/ in mind?
