I find the "Submit feedback" feature (under Help> Leave feedback in the software)in the Visual Editor very confusing. At first, I thought the "Submit feedback" goes to the local wiki page, but apparently, it goes to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/

Is there a way to either disable to "submit feedback feature" or configure the message inside "Leave feedback" so that users are aware that they are giving feedback in https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/ ?

Also, it is frustrating that I have to re-type the feedback again once I log in to phabricator...
