iThenticate not permitting logins for CopyPatrol

CopyPatrol hasn't had any new reports in almost a day.

I couldn't find the right log file on toolforge but on trying to login to ithenticate, I see:

Please contact your account administrator with the code E503
Sorry, failed to log in.

Note: Apparently it's because the account expired. I should read more email.

@eranroz Do you have any idea about this? Last time we ran out of credits it didn't block logins.
