Description

There are a small number (334 currently) of deleted contacts with contributions. My guess is these are similar to those contacts we hit with issues due to scripts colliding & incomplete merges.

Nora fixed a few but we should repair the rest. I fixed 2 manually while looking just by doing restore from trash & re-merging them.

But I also found 1 with a larger donation (> $1k) who appears to have been deleted before we turned on logging -

civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=14436684

& it's harder to know what to make of that one

Wow. So it looks like that person never even received a thank you email?
It just went straight to the trash?

Good question - I don't see anything in the TY sender restricting it to non-deleted users! If there was still an email address attached, they might have gotten the TY mail.

@Eileenmcnaughton Leanne and I were trying to figure out some Engage discrepancies and I ran the contribution search for those in the trash. A few online donations came back (one was $2500) and a stock gift I had entered.
