Description

A specific file on officewiki is failing to render a thumbnail (shows errors in MultimediaViewer): https://office.wikimedia.org/w/thumb.php?f=Bartosz_Dziewoński_–_desk_2016-09-02.jpg&width=1280

Same file renders at other sizes, e.g. https://office.wikimedia.org/w/thumb.php?f=Bartosz_Dziewoński_–_desk_2016-09-02.jpg&width=800

This also results in an error message in MultimediaViewer: https://office.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Remote_office#/media/File:Bartosz_Dziewoński_–_desk_2016-09-02.jpg (depending on your screen resolution, it might load in other sizes for you, and not give an error)

If I fetch the URL with no cookies I get the same 404 error and X-Cache-Status: hit-front (unlike the working URLs which correctly return an access denied page and X-Cache-Status: pass). So I guess this got messed up in Varnish somehow. (And probably MediaWiki is sending the wrong Vary headers on 404.)
