Translatewiki exports are disabled while we deal with with a security incident. I'm hoping to get a manual export in the meantime because some of my volunteers are blocked. I can take responsibility for reviewing what gets exported.

I need an export for "wiki-ai" (just wikilabels/wikilabels-wmflabs-deploy would be fine, but I can handle the whole group is that is easier). This export can be directly committed to master. I'll then review the commits before performing a deployment. Would that be acceptable?
