Cleanup draftquality data as pages drop off the PageTriage queue

Description

enwiki is configured to score only the first revision of a page with draftquality. PageTriage requests subsequent revisions to be scored as well for pages currently in the PageTriage queue. However, there is no cleanup strategy in place for this model.

This task is about implementing a cleanup strategy for scores that are no longer relevant for PageTriage.
