A new major version of Nextcloud (14) has been out for a while (since 2018-09-10). While our current version (13) is still supported, it would be preferable to upgrade. There are several different ways to upgrade, see: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/13/admin_manual/maintenance/upgrade.html.

Also, we should try to find if there's a mailing list or RSS-feed that we can receive new like this in the future.
