The Hue package only ships a sysvinit script, i.e. an ad hoc systemd unit is generated from the sysvinit script via systemd-sysv-generator. These skeleton units are less flexible and among other things prevent the use of wmf-auto-restart (which needs a reliable control group).

We should create a systemd unit (or research whether something is available upstream) and add it via Puppet.
