This request is to create a project to expand T173214 since the tool (in a basic form) now exists.

Stupid question: If this is hosted on https://graphql.wmflabs.org/ (not tools.wmflabs.org) then why is the source under "labs/tools/graphql"?

That's a great question that I don't have the answer to, but here's the creation comment:

Since it'll run in .wmflabs.org initially, I guess treating it as such initially would do the trick. If it (hopefully) gets enough usage and gets promoted to .wikimedia.org, we'll update the project accordingly. Created as labs/tools/graphql (for now)

Thanks, because that means it should be created under https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/subprojects/525/ instead of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/subprojects/703/ I guess
