LDAP group access request for Isaac Johnson

Description

I understand that I should be added to the wmf LDAP group to access SWAP. While I have production ssh access, I cannot login to SWAP and per this, I am not a member yet of any groups.

Done. LDAP user "isaacj" has been added to the group "wmf".

(He already is in puppet admins module as part of T206631) so no addition in "ldap_only" is needed)
