Description

In solving T206274 we dropped use of the ChangesListSpecialPageQuery hook.
The fix went into 1.32.0-wmf.26 which is now live on all wikis.

We should look to remove the feature flag and possibility of running this hook that was added in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/464870

Jon will own verifying this and turning this into the follow up task (if needed).

Open questions

Are there any issues in the logs related to this issue?
Have any bugs been raised in phabricator or village pumps relating to Special:Contributions on mobile?
