Each wiki have their particular policies. Users who have not edited, or have not created a new page successfully on a given wiki, may need additional guidance before they attempt to publish a translation in such wiki.

This ticket is aimed at exploring possible ways to provide additional guidance to those users that helps them to be more likely to succeed when they are creating their first article in a wiki by using Content Translation.
This guidance can include a more detailed introduction process, access to relevant learning materials for the community, or additional encouragement to review the content before/after publishing it.

Specific design details will be expanded as part of the task.
