As an admin I would like to be able to change and develop site configs and do site maintenance such as backups, without taking any of the live site URLs offline.
So please could we have the following URLs created:
sciencesource-staging.wmflabs.org
sciencesource-query-staging.wmflabs.org
sciencesource-qs-staging.wmflabs.org
We can then expose and debug new functionality and swap between URLs during maintenance to reduce downtime of our main site.

If not, then who is the addressee of this task? Currently only mdales and you will ever see / find this task, as it is tagged with ScienceSource only.
(Note to myself: This seems to be about https://sciencesource.wmflabs.org/ which says "ScienceSource is offline for maintenance and will return in 2020.")

I'm working with the team to decide the best way to deal with some vandalism in Dec 2019 which is taking lower priority than we expected.
ScienceSource moved to a single 16G instance when these became available. This change is no longer applicable.
