Description

Looks like after we get one of these, the message stays in the jobs-adyen queue and is correctly processed the next time around.

[ALERT] (2) SoapClient::__doRequest(): connect() failed: Connection timed out @ PaymentProviders/Adyen/WSDL/Payment.php:645

Verify that's the case, and demote the log message to warning.
