Selenium tests fail
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

@Aklapper I tried running the tests, but encountered an error which says

Tell the author that this fails on your system:
npm ERR! bash ./tests/selenium/selenium.sh
npm ERR! You can get information on how to open an issue for this project with:
npm ERR! npm bugs
npm ERR! Or if that isn't available, you can get their info via:
npm ERR!
npm ERR! npm owner ls

Here is a screenshot of the same. I encountered this when everything was running fine and I was on the last step.

@MaroonPixel please copy/paste the entire error message. The part that you have provided does not help much. Screenshots are helpful, but full text of the error message is more helpful.

Dear @zeljkofilipin, I was able to solve this error too. Thanks for your time :)
By the way, I have written a test for MicroTask #2. It just needs a few modifications for now, where do I have to submit/upload it?
Thank you.

zeljkofilipin claimed this task.

Great, resolving the task.

By the way, I have written a test for MicroTask #2. It just needs a few modifications for now, where do I have to submit/upload it?

Code is hosted in Gerrit (site, documentation).

If you are not familiar with Git or Gerrit, there is a tutorial at Gerrit/Tutorial.

Okay, thanks.
One more question, can I add the links to subtasks that I helped other Outreachy applicants resolve, under 'contributions' in my Outreachy application for this Selenium Testing project?
This will help make my Outreachy application stronger and increase my chances of getting selected by Wikimedia as an Outreachy intern this fall.
It's okay if I am not allowed to do this :)

I am not familiar with Outreachy process, but I think you should say in the application that you have helped other applicants. I agree that it should increase your chances.
