While it's helpful to guide users how to write a bug report when creating a task, it doesn't seem too functional to me to show this information on each task edit, as it pushes the acutal important information out of the window, complicating user workflow. One example: T192974

It should work as expected, as long as we only have one edit form at a time.
Maybe we can try this out while creating for unused subtypes, e.g. T207806.
