Hi,
I'd appreciate project WMCZ-General (other name is okay, as long as it is usable for my use-case). I plan to add tasks that are related to WMCZ technical stuff, but doesn't fit any other WMCZ related project (currently WMCZ-Tracker - hence the WMCZ- prefix).
After this project will be created, I'd be able to track every Wikimedia related coding work in Phabricator, so it'll become standard for me.

One example of task that will be in scope of this project is T207571: Add php lint job to wikimedia-cz/mediawiki-config.
@Aklapper: I find writing technical tasks in English more easier than in Czech, because many technical terms, including basic terms like "router" or "switch" sound better in English than in Czech (compare "router" with "směrovač" and "switch" with "přepínač"; for me, "přepínač" is something that can turn my light on for me, not something related to network). So I'm planning to write my tasks in English. But of course, sometime, there can be Czech tasks (created mainly by others) from time to time.
